Great service and I love the workplace desk and chair I bought there. My fiance received the relaxation of our furniture there too and it nonetheless holds up very well a number of years in.
The delivered both orders incomplete 2-3 instances. I needed to take day off work to meet them at my home, only to have them mess up delivery. Not solely did they deliver it partially twice, half a year after the final delivery they randomly ship me 2 very massive drawers. As much as I needed to throw it back to into their retailer, they've already taken enough of my spare time, so I needed to simply break them down and trash them. Most disorganized company I've ever bought from. The furniture didn't work as marketed.
I tried to cancel my order with the receptionist who explained that only a manager can cancel orders. I was then transferred to the manager to help with cancelling my order. The manager came on the phone and defined that due to retailer coverage any order cancellation will lead to a 25% restocking charge. I waited for about a week before I grew impatient and name again the manager explaining to him that I was waiting for the callback he promised. At this level he said the supply date is October 24, 2020 and the objects can't come any sooner. I had to remind him that it’s proper business apply to observe up on his word.
I even have wasted more than 10 hours of my time sitting round ready on deliveries that had been confirmed & but magically never happened. The newest go round ended up with me waiting through my complete delivery window, being on maintain for more than an hour only to be informed my order wasn't loaded onto the truck. When I requested why, miraculously the call dropped. It keeps going from dangerous to worse with every breath I take.
We defined our drawback and we got some kind of resolution but it was shortlived as we encountered another delivery issue. Now we are back on the Ashley Homestore in search of answers and Sales manager F. is trying to assist however as we advised her our issues, she started to turn into hostile and talking to us in a condescending tone. I didn't take nicely to this and defined to her that the issue just isn't from one thing we did and a mistake by their staff and we received reprimanded like some youngsters talking loud. She was the upmostm unprofessional supervisor I even have come throughout. We will not be returning to Ashley Homestore and most positively is not going to be recommending Ashley Homestore to anyone we know or come throughout.
It was a direct change in attitude. She knowledgeable us that she would be leaving quickly and that she worked on commission, and asked us flat out if we might be shopping for something that evening. We mentioned we weren't positive, so she reiterated working on fee and being price her time. She said she'd give us her enterprise card, then left. We found her before we left and asked for her enterprise card, however she informed us to not trouble. I'm actually not sure what was occurring there.
This place should stick to manufacturing goods & go away the sales & supply to authorized distributors. I like the product but gross sales & direct distribution make me hate this firm. Don't allow them to discuss you into their guarantee providers. They sold us on the warranty saying they're going to come out to clean every time we want it. Found out the the guarantee is through a third celebration who would not do cleaning. When we tried to handle the problem we had been just told to name the shop again later. So we spent $10k at this store they usually cannot even attempt to assist us.
They do not call you back after they say they may to slumberland furniture offer me more data. This is the first and last time I do enterprise with them. Ashley furniture is the worst in phrases of phone customer support deliveries and assembling.
I understand that COVID brought on lots of backlog. However, the new delivery date, October 24, 2020, is more than two months outdoors of the initial date which is poor business management.

OR if the managers have been serving to out their sales folks and collecting gross sales, that may have been unimaginable too! There's no communication between the store and their warehouse which makes issues 100 instances worse. We had a great purchase experience with Desi. We ordered a lounge set in February and it was backordered and we couldn't have it delivered till May sixth. No huge deal - we bought it and patiently waited for May sixth.
